• A real time player who can foster strong working relationships with all stakeholders and able to handle tight timelines in projects delivery.
• Individual should have at least 10 years of experience, which proven track record in managing people, programs/major IT projects and processes.

Education

• Academic: Bachelor’s degree in IT (preferred)
• Professional Certification(s): PMP (preferred)

• Vendors: Technology & other service providers
• Others: Audit firms, Consulting firms, government agencies

Internal:

• Technology teams
• Business users

• Overall in-charge for PMIC, Mixed Signal & RF IP Test characterization, Test code development and Test Platform Enablement.
• Liaise closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities and data correlation with ATE.
• Deliver detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation and summary reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of characterizing mixed signal IP & RF experience with lab equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, Digitizers, High Speed Serial Data analyzers, etc.
• Proficient in Embedded C/C++, LabVIEW, FPGA development.
