Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the build/ imaging of desktop PCs and laptops.
Responsible for the physical installation of hardware(monitors, PC, webcam etc), as well as the handover of laptops to users.
Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Perform service request related to client platforms.
Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project
Perform asset management & update asset records.
Perform user account management (eg. Create password, reset & delete)
Perform local server administration to facilitate software distribution & patch management service.

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of client’s digital banking journeys, drive strategic initiatives, and optimize overall product performance. In this role, you can expect to blend your expertise in product management, digital innovation and commercialization to deliver exceptional customer value and to achieve organizational goals. Please note that this is a 6 months contract role

Key Responsibilities: -

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, develops, marketers, business intelligence) to deliver high-quality journeys, and subsequent iterations, on time - Identify, evaluate, and lead strategic digital initiatives to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and stay ahead of industry trends
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for digital transformation initiatives
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation within the product ecosystem
• Define go-to-market strategies and promotional plans to maximise product revenue, customer adoption and ensure internal digital adoption
• Analyse and report on product performance, identifying opportunities for growth and areas for optimization
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and other support teams to ensure seamless product launches and customer engagement

Qualifications and Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital banking
• Proven track record in driving digital transformation and commercialization strategies in a large bank
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions
• Bringing creativity to the table through development of innovative solutions that delivers exceptional user experiences and enhance product value
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma or similar platform

Responsibilities:
• Lead, plan and manage assigned projects within the business group, in accordance with organizational and project goals, such as budget, timelines and quality, to ensure successful achievement of project objectives and deliverables
• Act as the single point of contact for entire scope of activities for company designated IT outsourcing account in the areas of infrastructure, application projects and security incidents/audits
• Adapt and implement company project methodologies, processes, documentation, tools and measurements in relation to project management
• Create project specifications, schedules as well as planning and securing of resource requirements
• Provide progress updates on assigned tasks for all projects in the weekly project meetings, as well as technical guidance on operating procedures and new projects
• Ensure that projects performed are in compliance with Company’s ISO quality standards and project management’s model
• Ensure all Service Requests and assigned projects’ tasks are completed as per agreed schedules
• Play an active supporting role in the development of project office within the customer’s environment to achieve defined functions and capabilities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or its equivalent
• At least 10 years of related experience in IT Infrastructure System Integration (SI) industry, specifically in the Project
• Management of medium to large projects
• PMP certification or its equivalent is an advantage
• At least 7 years of experience in Systems Administration with an in-depth technical knowledge on Infrastructure and Network Support
• At least 3 years of IT outsourcing experience with proven ability to work in large groups and managing multiple projects
• Possess experience in managing RFP, RFQ and RFI
• Proven experience in strategic planning, risk and change management
• Knowledge of project management software tools and techniques is a must
• Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the project team in project implementation and with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective influencing, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills and ability to interact with all levels
• Strong presentation skills and ability to write professionally

• Operate production machines to meet output & quality, may handle two or more machines at the same time
• Perform sorting/cleaning/deflashing/quality inspection/packaging
• Ensure good housekeeping of work area
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager
