Job Description

· Design and draw for piping and layout

· Check and incorporate all relevant details and design data onto drawings

· Ensure design systems comply with code requirement

· Ensure engineering and design quality, technical accuracy of drawings, material quantities, specifications, procedures, etc., produced within piping disciplines

· Prepare key project documentation in executing the complete piping engineering scope of work as per the project requirements in meeting customer’s expectations

· Support 3D modelling of equipment, piping system and pipe support

· Support the development of equipment layout drawing, detailed piping drawing and isometric drawing

· Develop and maintain all piping specifications, standards, guides and other related engineering documents and processes

· Have in-depth knowledge in optimum piping design and cost-effectiveness in water/wastewater treatment and oil & gas industry

· Creating technical wiring and layout diagrams of control panel and specifications sheets.

· Generating technical specification documents, installation guides, and user manuals.

· Overseeing the installation and construction of electrical equipment and systems.

· Meeting with clients and engineers to determine the project requirements.

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement

· Diploma in Engineering or other equivalent qualifications

· 2 – 3 Years of related work experience on piping and material knowledge based on ASME code

· Proficient in AutoCAD Plan 3D & Inverter Software will have an added advantage

· Able to work in an environment with tight schedules and priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Weighing Operations:

• Manage and operate weighbridge systems to accurately measure and record the weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles, including Tank Trucks, ISO Tank Trucks, and Flex Bag Containers.

• Ensure compliance with weight regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the weighing process.

Documentation and Coordination:

• Accurately log weight data, verify documents, and issue weighbridge tickets.

• Monitor and record key vehicle details such as date, time, tanker number, sequence, filling data, and compartment specifications.

• Collaborate with the customer service team to manage and align documentation requirements.

Compliance and Safety:

• Actively participate in safety protocols and ensure that all operations align with internal and regulatory safety requirements.

• Identify and address issues in the weighing process to prevent disruptions.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Effective communication skills to liaise with drivers, customer service, and internal teams.

• Ability to monitor and manage multiple tasks while maintaining compliance.

• Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel,word) Familiarity with weighbridge software is a plus.

• Designing, developing and enhancing electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices.
