• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.

• Ensure that the Brewing process (i.e. from silo to BBT) is operating in an efficient manner according to the specifications and production plan in standard and non-standard conditions.
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning of brewing vessels to achieve performance in brewing and BIO free products.
• Collect process samples for analysis and monitor all products to ensure it’s within technical specification.
• Act on the daily production operations and to promptly discuss/report the production issues with the team members.
• Carry out daily production according to the approved weekly brewing schedule.
• Receive raw materials and ensure it is within technical specification.
• Relief other process Technician when required.

Total Productivity Management AND Continuous Improvement

• Ensure workplace is at the required AM and 5S standards and is actively involved in AM / 5S teams.
• Ensure that Brewing department is clean to the specified standard.

Quality of the Product & Process

• Ensure the Brewing process is operating according to the specifications and production plan, in standard conditions.
• Report in a timely and accurate way all mandatory and relevant information and KPIs.
• Conduct some regular quality in line tests.

Equipment Management

• Operate and executes tasks in compliance with the HEINEKEN and local regulations in his / her machines / area.
• Execute basic maintenance tasks according to standards and is actively involved in improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Communicate effectively with good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient use of computer for reporting and data logging.
• 2 years of industrial experience is considered as a plus but entry level candidates are welcome.
• Experience and knowledge in brewing is considered as an asset.

The School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) is seeking to hire a Research Fellow to support the research for the project titled: Collection of carbon dioxide on CO2-philic and phobic surfaces via cryogenic energy.

The scopes cover exploring the selected materials for designing the substrate surface for CO2 condensation, and surface treatment for the liquid wetting for the phase change process and heat exchanging process for the thermal management and decarbonization applications. The project covers material development, interfacial phenomena between gas and liquid, phase change of CO2, heat transfer effect, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

The Research Fellow will conduct the research on development of materials and heat exchanging processes for energy harvesting systems and CO2 collection on the substrate with the different wettability degrees. The roles of this position include:

• Develop and maintain the system for CO2 condensation under the large pressure range.
• Prepare the substrates for CO2 condensation and treating the surfaces with the different degrees with liquid CO2.
• Upgrade the experimental visualization system to monitor the fluid dynamics and thermal performance.
• Develop the thermofluid test rig from the cryogenic temperature to 200°C.
• Develop the model and simulation for CO2 collection.

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or the related fields.
• 3-year research experience in heat transfer, energy, or cryogenic fluid related area.
• Expertise in engineering design and experimental skill.
• Knowledge in interfacial phenomena and gas-liquid phase chance.
• Publication track record including journal paper publication is as one reference.
• Proficiency in basics of engineering design, mechanical analysis and thermofluid software.

This 6-months contractual role will provide multi-sector management accounting support for the Singapore plant supporting the fast-growing Asia Pacific markets and NAB Gatorade US. This role will manage the management accounting of the annual cost budget (Manufacturing Overhead and Capital). This role will also perform the accounting and reporting for Manufacturing Overhead, Capital and Productivity and is responsible for maintaining a strong control environment in accordance with PepsiCo policy. The role will assist to prepare the Annual Operating Plan, actuals and forecast for the Singapore plant for MOH and Capital, together with ensuring that month end and period close processes and variance analysis are completed and reported on time. In addition, they will be solely responsible for reviewing the Capital Spend. As part of this they will support the Engineering team on Capex preparation and the Singapore Management team on budget Control on Operating Spend. They will also be key point of contact for internal/external audit bodies to ensure that our Capital Management system is compliant with all control requirements. They will work closely with Plant team & Support functions to ensure that all productivity initiatives are validated and tracked on a going basis to optimize the return.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure integrity of all processes that directly and indirectly support financial reporting throughout CMSPL
