Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Landscaper to join our team, responsible for maintaining the landscaping at various condominiums in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, gardening, and ensuring that landscapes are well-maintained to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our client properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Landscape Maintenance: Perform general landscape maintenance tasks including grass cutting, pruning, hedge trimming, and weeding.
• Plant Care: Ensure the proper care of plants, shrubs, and trees, including watering, fertilizing, and replanting when necessary.
• Garden Design Assistance: Assist with planting seasonal flowers and designing small landscaping projects as directed by the property manager or team leader.
• Irrigation System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure water efficiency.
• Waste Management: Collect and dispose of organic waste (leaves, branches, etc.) in accordance with environmental standards.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and guidelines when operating machinery and handling chemicals.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional interaction with condominium residents and address any concerns or inquiries about landscaping.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in landscaping or gardening is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in maintaining gardens and green spaces to a high standard.
• Knowledge of Tools: Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers is an advantage.
• Flexible Hours: Must be able to work on a flexible schedule, including saturdays, as required by the condominium's needs.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
