Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on FPSO projects preferred.
  Proven experience in sourcing equipment, materials, and services for complex engineering projects.
• Technical Skills:Strong understanding of procurement practices and contract management.

This role will be a strategic partner to the business, providing financial stewardship and analytical insights to drive growth. Responsibilities include evaluating operational processes, supporting planning and forecasting and conducting asset and operational control reviews. You will also be responsible for business support in overseas subsidiaries through implementing sound business controls and operational practices. (a) Finance & Accounting Operations

1) Role and Responsibility

· Procure and prepare subcontracts documentation

· Certification of claims for subcontractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.

· Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers

· Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off

Requirements

· Degree/Diploma in Building Construction, Quantity Survey or its equivalent

· Minimum 5 years as QS in main contractor companies in our construction industry, especially in MRT projects

· Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders

· Independent, meticulous, good analytical skills, proactive, a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines

· Able to start work within a short notice period will have an added advantage
