Strategic Innovation role is to support GIS T-BD office to develop, manage and track each innovation project in GIS within the FoS funnel.

He/She is to take the lead to drive translation outcome using the FoS engine as a mechanism such as calling/scouting/fishing for new innovation ideas, developing innovation projects, and validating/supporting the projects leaders to achieve funding and eventual spin-off. He/She will also constantly innovate and improve the FoS engine by working closely with GIS management and I&E, hence allowing the GIS to establish good and successful spin-offs.

1. Calling/scouting/fishing for new innovation ideas within GIS. Discussing with PIs, GIS Tech Biz Research Partnership team, Post-docs, to identify new innovation ideas to develop into innovation projects.

Job requirements

The Role

The Assistant Head (Pastoral) as a full member of SSLT has a key role to play in both the strategic development of the Senior School and the day-to-day management of it. This project aims to investigate the performance of cementitious materials and 3D printed concrete against ballistic and blast loadings. The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT), National University of Singapore is looking for researchers and engineers to develop next generation quantum computers based on trapped ions. There are multiple positions available at different levels with a diverse set of expertise. This program is funded under the National Quantum Processor Initiative, a flagship program under the National Quantum Office Singapore. The aim of the program is to develop a full stack quantum processor based on Yb-Ba ions. This program brings together the unique capabilities of the existing ion trap groups in CQT expertizing on these two-ion species to explore scalability of the system.
