Job Description
Support the head baker with the daily bread production
Support the head baker with the daily viennoiserie production
Produce breads [european bread and viennoiserie]
Produce [for occasions] panettone according to agreed recipes
Safely operate baking machineries
Ensure the highest of customer satisfaction throughking of quality bakery products
Minimise wastage of ingredients and stocks
Organise orders and liaise with suppliers
Maintain functionality and cleanliness of baking area utensils, tools, implements and machinery
Requirements
Strong passion in bakery
Willingness to work on a rotating roster
Strive for excellence in quality and presentation
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Certification in Culinary would be beneficial
