• Support operation and maintenance engineers in investigation, analyse and determine the root cause of plant defects and outages.
• Prepare, maintain and control all records as required.
• Assist in the preparation, certification and review of all management systems, e.g.ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc annually and provide support to the auditing parties wherever necessary, including internal & external auditors, to rectify non compliances and/or to follow up on improvement items identified during audit.
• Raise work orders, carry out isolation/de-isolation works to facilitate the issuance of Permits-to-Work to maintenance departments or their subcontractors in accordance to existing regulatory requirements.
• Carry out routine plant inspections and tests during shift duty.

Job Description:
• Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her.
• Monitor & ensure F&B service operations are running smoothly.
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints and queries satisfactorily.
• Ensure the Outlet is set-up for service and supervise for a smooth operation.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.
• Apply selling techniques by exceeding guest expectations and to increase revenue.
• Oversee cash and stock control consistently according to company policies
• Ensure all drinks are prepared and served according to SOP
• Create interesting cocktails and constantly innovate in preparation and presentation
• Understand the crucial aspect of bar and beverage control
• Pair food with drinks and make recommendations accordingly
• Train and motivate the service team
• Any adhoc duties as required

Requirement:
• Less than 2 years of experience in F&B.
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level.
• Guest orientated.
• Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.

• Plan, supervise and implement the programme for the class in accordance with centre’s policies and framework
• Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child
• Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning

Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Involve in the planning, assessment, and monitoring of our program to ensure that we are providing the best possible care to our patients.
• Perform system duties for patient admission, discharge and transfer.
• Coordinate with multi departments across NUHS to schedule appointments and/or manage bed requests.
• Coordinate with external vendor to arrange for transport e.g. ambulance and courier of logistics.
• Manage logistics such as consumables and homecare bags, and participate in the management of stocks to ensure that we always have what we need to provide excellent care to our patients.
