Responsibilities

• To carry out inspections of statutory and non-statutory intermodal equipments within and outside Singapore
• To carry out verification prior to inspection e-testings, writing documents with prompt reporting concerning services performed
• Work closely with Manager to ensure business targets are met
• Deliver consistent technical advice to client and identify potential for improvement
• Aiding other junior inspectors with their inspections / contracts / projects
• Form good working relationships with clients
• Pursue potential new clients and actively seek new businesses

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Responsibilities :

Role: The Accounts Clerk is an entry level role, that will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting & finance function within the company, reporting to the company Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.;
• Vetting of receivables and payables to ensure accuracy in financial reporting;
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports;
• Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards;
• Support audit and tax queries;
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations;
• Support the operational and sales teams from an accounting and finance perspective.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;
• Strong understanding of accounting principles;
• Strong knowledge and competenty in Microsoft Suite, in particular Excel;

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Sales for Managed Services contracts for IT Infrastructure, Cloud and/or SaaS.
• Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sales process.
• Strong interpersonal skills; can quickly build rapport and deliver compelling, persuasive arguments to an executive-level audience.
