Prince’s Landscape is seeking a dynamic & motivated Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base of our landscaping services. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of our landscaping business. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Role Duties:
· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their requirements.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
· Prepare customized proposals and presentations outlining our landscaping services, pricing, and value proposition. Deliver compelling presentations to clients, addressing their needs and persuading them to choose our services.
· Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales and secure long-term partnerships with key clients.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product/service enhancements and differentiation.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Generate regular reports to track progress against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborate closely with other departments such as operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment of business strategies.
Candidate Profile:
· Diploma or equivalent holder
· Proven track record of success in business development or sales
· Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Results-Oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales target
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
· Willingness to travel within Singapore.
