Job Description:

• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Partner with the department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective hiring.

Job Requirement:

Working Hour: 5 days work

Job Description:
-Manage the overall workflow and performance of the accounting team
-Review and finalize financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
-Ensure timely filing of taxes, regulatory submissions, and financial statements
-Act as a key point of contact for client communications, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or inquiries
-Mentor and develop team members, ensuring high performance and growth
-Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and company policies
-Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties

Requirement:

Job Description:
• To provide a full suite of corporate secretarial services to our clients.
• Assist in the incorporation of new companies, registration of Singapore Branches and other entities, striking off, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the relevant laws
• Assist in ACRA e-filings
• Responsible for preparing directors/shareholders resolutions, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for ongoing corporate secretarial matters, the opening of bank accounts, change of bank signatories, etc.
• Assist in KYC (Know Your Client) checking and onboarding of new clients from across the world as well as liaison and coordination with third parties (auditors, accountants, etc.) for clients
• Update and maintain statutory registers and other records including the Register of Controllers and Register of Nominee Directors

Responsibilities
• Understanding and interpreting technical drawings for the quality inspection requirements which includes basic geometric dimension and tolerance
• Able to use various types of measuring equipment including CMM etc

The Job

• Customer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle leasing and sales.
• Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators.
