Electrical Project Engineer / Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of technical specifications.
• Carry out site inspections on LT and HT installations per EMA requirements.
• Assist PE/ LEW to carry out switching of electrical panels.
• Standby and attend emergency call up services at customer installations.
• Prepare incident reports, technical proposals, etc.

Job Scope:

• Ensuring that shifts are run smoothly and that standards, cleaniness, and product quality are maintained
• Be responsible for smooth operations of coffee and tea services
• Greeting customers, answering their questions, and helping them select beverages based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
• Following standardized recipes and using proper brewing techniques to ensure consistent quality
• Monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and restocking supplies
• Support the outlet manager when required to train colleagues in accordance with the applicable standards and policies
• Handle effectively any kind of customer complaints being verbal or written and report to managers without fail.
• Set up daily bar counter and ensure that mise en place and any other required ingredients and equipment are prepared in order to work as efficient as possible.
• Assist the Restaurant/Outlet Manager to create new blended drinks for promotional activity and new menus.
• Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure
• Any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the outlet manager including assisting other outlets.

Requirements

• Any Certificates or Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business or its' equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a barista is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a bartender may be considered.
• Ability to understand guest needs and to deliver superior customer service.
• Familiar with restaurant point of sales and cashiering procedures is preferred.
• Ability to prepare and suggest classic and innovative beverages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• Operational days - Tuesdays to Sundays
• Operational hours - 0800-0200
• Schedule and roster to be arranged with the Managing Director
• Not more than 44hours a week. Any overtime incurred will be paid accordingly.

Salary:

• SGD2300 - SGD2600monthly depending on experience

• Previous experience as a Head / Lead Baker, running a baking operation and overseeing other bakers
• As a Head / Lead baker you are responsible to produce a full range of breads using the company’s recipe specifications
• Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products
• Ensure adherence to the quality of food items according to the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) guidelines in place. (e.g applying “First in First out!” kitchen best practice as well as ensuring food items are stored in perfect sanitary condition)
• Always observe and adhere to NEA standard for safety and hygiene standards for production, kitchen and culinary work area
• Ensure maintenance and sanitize baking utensils, tools and machinery
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior

• Need to get up early to prepare soup etc.

• Cleaning, organize and taking care of kitchen equipment as per instruction manuals.
• Monitoring food portion and waste to maintain profit margin.
• Following safety and precautions in all daily activities (carrying heavy load, sharp objects, hot objects etc.)
