Responsibilities

• Handle work permit application (new & renewal)
• Purchase of security bond
• Arrange medical check-up for staff and workers
• Arrange primary care plan for all workers in dormitory wef 01.04.2022
• Handle work pass applications (new & renewal)
• Arrange entry permit for new workers
• Assist in handling payroll related matters (Salary/OT/CPF/IR8A/IR21/Levy)
• Handle company insurance & claims (WICA/H&S/IAL/Fire)
• Arrange insurance cover notes for jobs
• Handle dormitory related matters – tenancy agreements/check-in & out
• Handle government paid leaves – childcare / NS man pay / maternity
• Handle levy waivers
• Handle travel and hotel arrangements
• Assist in Company events
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
• At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experiences in construction or manufacturing industries
• Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and CPF Act
• Effectively bilingual (English / Mandarin) and possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written to liaise with Mandarin speaking employees
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Familiar with Infotech
• Able to start work immediately will be advantageous

• Liaises with the S.O and the public on all press and public relations matters pertaining to SHINGDA project.
• Handle all press queries relating to the project to the board directly.
• Liaise with the board on all press releases, press statements, comments, articles or material pertaining to the Project. Including approval of release and edits.
• Provide S.O with schedules relating to all proposed night works, traffic diversion, closure of road etc. which may cause inconvenience to the public. If required, the PRO is required to inform nearby resident’s; town council, management committees, etc. If required, by hand of any letters or notices for such works.
• Extend all necessary support, assistance, and co-operation whenever, there are visits to the construction site by any external parties officially approved or lead by the Board
• Handle and act on all public complaints or feedback relating to assigned SHINGDA project thoroughly by investigation on priority basis.
• Provide, support, and make available appropriate materials and information for incorporation into any other Board’s public relation campaigns which may be conducted from time to time. Such campaigns include presentations, pamphlets, brochures, signs, newspaper articles , photographs, site visits, narrated color videos etc.

1. Preferred qualifications: Possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent

2. Relevant Experience: 1 years of experience in Civil Construction environment as a PRO or equivalent

Work Location: Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 and Upper Thomson Road.

• Update the records to process account payable and petty cash
• Review AP aging, report of exception matter (if any)
• Reconcile vendors’ SOA to our accounting record (at least for major suppliers
• Update records of account receivables
• Prepare general ledger in time for audit schedule assigned
• Small entities monthly and yearly closing
• Handling the full set of accounts for small entities
• Assist in preparation for GST return, corporate income tax return, ECI
• Assist in quarterly or half yearly and financial year end stock take conducted by finance dept
• Assist to prepare stock take variance report for superior to review

• Salary: $2800 - $3400
• Working Hours: 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm
• Working Days: 55 Days Monday - Saturday [Half Day]

Requirements:

• 1 years of similar working experience for central kitchen operation OR 2 years working experience as a cook
• Good knowledge on NEA, AVA and MOM requirements
• Maintains product levels through purchasing, receiving and inventory control
• Ability to work independently and establish and maintain working relationships with staff and co-workers

Job Scope:

• Responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the Central Kitchen Operation
• Ensures production meets targets according to schedule and quality standards set by the Company
• Work with chefs to develop new recipes, taking into consideration market demands, consumer trends, and potential costs
• Maintains strict quality control and presentation of food items according to Company’s standards at all times
• Ensure that food is prepared and stored in a safe and hygienic manner
• Organize food production in a cost-effective manner
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of Factory equipment & machineries
• Ensure that cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness are in accordance with relevant food standards (HACCP, ISO) and comply with SFA requirements
• Manage, train, supervise a team of production workers and conduct employee performance appraisal
• Control and monitor stock level of operation materials and raw ingredients

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct training for CoreTrade and SEC(K) courses.
• Maintain safe and clean training environment (Classrooms, training/test bays, workshop, office and store).
• Maintain functionality and control stock for training equipment, devices, utilities, materials and etc.
• Maintain high CoreTrade test passing rate of 90%.
• Maintain proper training/test documentation for auditing.
• Carry out adhoc work and complete tasks given by the Training Manager

Requirements:

1. At least 4 years of working experience in Constuction industry
2. Possess a SEC(K) cert by BCA
3. Possess a ACTA Cert

• Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• Minimum 15 years of experiences in relevant demolition, excavation, earth works.
• Ability to travel to remote sites or have own transport.
• with at least 15 years of relevant engineering experience in similar size and complex projectsHave strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment
• Have experience in pre- and post-contract project management on varied and complex projects
• Have experience and confidence to build a business, lead a team and develop trusted client relationships in Malaysia, and is open to relocating
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
• Detail Design Development, dealing with all architectural layout, details and materials
• Understanding & Application of Building Regulations
• Directing the Technical Officer on compliance with Planning and Building Regulations including the preparation and submission of forms, plans and information required by Authorities for approval and TOP/ CSC.
• Liaising with consultants on design and technical coordination issues and building regulations
• Conducting Site inspections on design and technical coordination issues and building regulations
• Directing the Arch Coordinator in coordination, organization and preparation of construction documents and drawings.
• Guide Project Architect in liaising with suppliers and contractors
• Checking Design, submission of consultant and contractors' shopdrawings
• Chairs client/ consultants' meetings and site/ tech coordination meetings
• Directs the project team during Tender documentation works and ensures documentation standards conform to the office standards and any client requirements.
