Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy for corporate clients, encompassing corporate moving, shipping, and storage solutions.
• Drive new business development and build strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of new corporate sales professionals and account executive.
• Achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute significantly to the company's revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach and market share.
• Oversee account management activities, ensuring excellent customer service and retention.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for market expansion in regional clients.
• Stay informed of industry best practices and implement them within the team.
• Represent the company at HR, corporate, industry events and networking functions

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in corporate sales and business development, preferably within the international moving, shipping, and storage industry.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the corporate moving, relocation and logistics market in Southeast Asia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Data-driven approach with a strong analytical mind.
• Fluency in English, Mandrian and Malay and any other relevant languages.
