Contract Surveying:

I. Pre-Contract

• Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.
• Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.
• Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.
• Solicit and prepare pricing and product information for tenders and major proposals.
• Vetting of commercial sub-contractor tenders and contracts.
• Advise on procurement strategy.
