• Create and participate in response plans and training exercises to improve organizational response to events and emerging threats
• Review post-Crisis actions and evaluate performance and processes to determine how well the Crisis Management Plan was executed and update the methodology and crisis process where possible

The Landscape Technician looks after a designated area's trees, shrubs, flowers and other plants. His/Her daily tasks for the general care of plants include watering, pruning, weeding, fertilizing and pest control. He/She is required to have a good degree of time management and may have to schedule certain tasks to coincide with periods where visitorship to the area under his/her care is low. He/She uses various hand tools and motorised equipment to perform his/her daily tasks and is expected to be able to perform basic maintenance on those. The Landscape Technician must be comfortable working outdoors under all weather conditions.

• Apply pesticides to control unwanted pests and diseases.
• Cut and prune plants to maintain the landscape attractiveness.
