Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate and assist in the daily operation of the M&E services, such as carrying out all planned maintenance schedules and periodic inspection, and up-keep of the common area.
• To perform weekly checks on the estate’s M&E system, including minor troubleshooting on failure of systems.

• Understand technical limitations, propose or develop and implement solutions to address the technical limitations.

• Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organisation and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks.
• Understand the IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes, procedures and system are designed to comply with these policies and guidelines.
• Manage and resolve day-to-day IT related issues pertaining to application, infrastructure or security, to facilitate smooth running of daily operations.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Computer/Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent.
• Project Management Certification or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in at least 3 full project development life cycles or project maintenance is preferred for the experienced ones.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Good design, coding, testing and debugging skills.

• Working experience in government environment will be advantageous.
