Responsibilities

· Provide visionary leadership to drive company growth, align strategic initiatives with corporate goals, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.

· Oversee business development and sales efforts to expand market presence in the valves, piping, and water treatment sectors, achieving revenue and profitability targets.

· Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with business objectives while implementing strategies to enhance performance.

· Develop and execute business policies, strategies, and high-level decisions in collaboration with senior management to maintain competitive market positioning.

· Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and leadership continuity.

· Ensure adherence to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and financial performance standards while managing risks and maintaining operational integrity.

Requirements

· Min. Degree in engineering, business management, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus.

· Over 15 years of experience in leadership roles within valves/piping in the oil/gas or water treatment industries, with a proven track record of business growth and partnership development.

· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire teams, lead organizational change, and make critical decisions under pressure.

· Expertise in sales and marketing within the industrial sector, with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Highly adaptable, results-driven, and able to navigate complex challenges while adjusting to evolving business needs.

• Donation Collection:Collect monetary donations via cash/ pay now from the public at designated locations (e.g., street corners, shopping malls, door to door).
  Provide information to donors about the cause and how their contributions will directly benefit the less fortunate.
  
• Public Engagement:Approach potential donors in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner to encourage contributions.
  Answer questions regarding the campaign and its impact on the lives of the less fortunate.
  Promote the cause to raise awareness and inspire donations.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• A passion for charitable work and helping those in need.
• Previous experience in customer service, fundraising, or volunteer work is a plus, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate people to donate.
• Friendly, approachable, and empathetic attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in various weather conditions (if outdoor collection).
• Basic record-keeping skills for documenting donations.

Additional Info:

This is a commission-based role, where you will earn 25% commission of your total daily collection. The daily target is set at $200, and you will receive $50 for every $200 donated.
