Education & Experience:

• Possess a Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
• Possess Data Centre Certifications such as Certified Data Centre Professional
• Possess at least 3 years’ experience in Data Centre Operations, Facilities Monitoring & Management
• Familiar with Data Centre facilities including Computer Room Air-Con (CRAC), fire suppression system, water detection system, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) and etc
• Familiar with Service Desk operations and incident management process
• Basic understanding on the operation of MEP systems
• Resourceful, analytical and problem solving skill
• Good communications and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with UAT Team Lead to ensure requirements and scope are clearly understood.
2. Conduct UAT testing for business deliverables including new markets or products, application decommissions, operational improvements, and industry-driven regulatory changes.
3. Assist Test Lead to track UAT issues, and publish daily EOD test status.
4. Perform end to end testing with full understanding of the Business Requirements and Functional Specs.
5. Communicate to UAT Team Lead on open issues and defects, run book execution progress, and risks.
6. Ensure UAT artifacts and sign-offs are saved as the UAT audit trail.
7. Learn and master TOSCA tool which is a software testing tool used to design test cases and automate end to end testing

Requirements

· Knowledge in at least on one of the following would be advantageous:
- Electronic Banking (e.g. internet banking)
- Channels Banking (e.g. File transfer service, SWIFTnet)
- Payments (e.g. Domestic Wire, Cross Border Wire, G3 Bulk Payment, G3 FAST)
- Liquidity (e.g. Sweeping and Pooling)
- Statements (e.g. MT940, Camt)
- APIs
· Experience in writing testing SOP or setup/manual guide.
· Experience in System Testing

Job Description:

• To administer finance policies and procedures on expense management,
• To manage the IT platform for expenditure approval workflow
• To review, process and manage the expenditure requests, including project budget requests and follow up on post implementation reviews.
• To perform/provide ad hoc expense analysis for the purpose of budget control, procedure review, and/or reporting.
• To monitor and track project spend/budget and escalate any issue in a timely manner
• To assist in general expense budget control (including business planning where appropriate) and expense reporting functions.
• To perform periodic QA reviews
• To assist in tracking and follow up on governance issues throughout the Division.
• To assist and support activities during period of parallel run of systems.
• Provide support on ad hoc tasks assigned under Finance Governance.
