• Provide technical on-site support (hands on) on equipment in semiconductor industry
• Ensure customer support and satisfaction
• Build up strong relationships with existing and potential customers and manage expectations
• Follow up on technical items, continuous improvement programs and escalations with customer
• Channel communication with Asian service head

• High level of technical knowledge: Experience in automation machines … robotics, control, sensors
• Experience in semiconductor production environment will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Preparing equipment and treatment rooms.
• Liaising between clients, therapists, and other departments.
• Document client responses to treatment and update client files.
• Performing basic prescribed treatments as instructed.
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, as well as changing linen.
• Performing administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a healthcare environment will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in office software, such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a caring nature.
• Ability to perform tasks that require physical strength.
• Must work on weekend and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Arrange air export shipment bookings received from Customer
• Coordinate with Operations on shipment execution on the booked flight
• Check and respond to the customer query on air export bookings or shipment
• Handle day-to-day shipment activities and respond to Client
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum 'O' Level
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in handling air export duties with a freight forwarding organization
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player and hardworking person
• High proficiency in computer literate
