Key Responsibilities:
1. Agile Portfolio Management Implementation:
o Design and implement Lean Portfolio Management practices to enable alignment of strategic objectives with program execution.
o Establish governance structures for managing portfolio flow, prioritization, and funding.
2. SAFe Framework Enablement:
o Guide teams and leaders in adopting and scaling Agile practices within the SAFe framework.
o Train and coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders on SAFe LPM principles and practices.
o Support the creation and maintenance of Agile portfolio artifacts (e.g., Portfolio Kanban, Lean Business Cases, Objectives).
3. Agile Coaching and Facilitation:
o Coach leadership and teams on Agile principles, mindset, and behaviors to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
o Lead workshops and training sessions to build portfolio management capabilities across the organization.
4. StakeholderEngagement and Communication:
o Act as a change agent to drive alignment and transparency between portfolio stakeholders
o Provide regular updates and reporting on portfolio health, performance metrics, and decision-making outcomes.
o Promote collaboration across teams and departments to ensure consistent delivery of portfolio outcomes.
5. Continuous Improvement:
o Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in portfolio management processes.
o Leverage Agile metrics and feedback loops to measure and improve portfolio outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 12 years of industry experience with atleast 3 years in Agile Coaching
• SAFe Certification (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)).
• Familiarity with Jira workflows and configurations
• Proven experience in implementing Agile Portfolio Management and scaling Agile practices across portfolios.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
• Experience in driving Agile transformations within Technology & Operations domains.
• Background in coaching at both strategic and team levels.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret Agile metrics and deliver actionable insights.
