Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible for the claims processing, which includes but not limited to:
· Assist in the claims processing including outpatient and inpatient claims
· Provide customer service to service providers and client
· Ensure accurate reimbursement to employees/service providers on timely manner
· Data entry and adjudication of outpatient and inpatient benefit claims
· Assist in answering phone calls and email enquiries from service providers, corporate HR and employees
· Respond to enquiries and complaints
· Provide support to resolve problems
· Ensure accurate reimbursement to employees/service providers on timely manner.
· Verify that claims are processed and reimbursed according to clients’ requirements and policy
· Prepare letter/emails of rejected claims
· Assist with preparation of explanation of benefits letters
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE O Level
· 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare industry
· Proficient in MS office
· Excellent Customer Service skill
· Meticulous with keen attention to details
· Excellent communication skill
· A Resourceful individual who can work independently and is also a team player
· Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
