Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers' enquiries and feedback on customer orders.
• Prepare sales quotation and invoices.
• Processing of customers' orders.
• Prepare tendering documents for clients.
• Provide sales support to the commercial team on client tendering procedures.
• Provide overall sales support to the sales team to fulfil customers' orders.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
• At least 2 - 3 years of customer service experience, preferably with tendering experience

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of purchasing and procurement experience, preferably from electrical & electronics related industry
