• Deeply review and evaluate IA (Impact Analysis), functional, technical design and specification prepared by vendors from business and technical point of view.
• Review, verify & validate fixes are tested correctly before rolling out to production.
• Track and resolve all reported defects to closure, analyse and identify root cause and ensure fixes are done and tested before implementation
• Provide post implementation support including production support, user query and change request.
• Liaise with internal team and vendor to investigate reported issues/problem, identify root cause/impact, implement workaround and fixes to resolve issue.
• Support enhancement releases, testing and implementation.

Requirements:

• Experience in Cash management and Payment domain (e.g. RTGS, G3 FAST, SWIFT standards or ISO 20022, etc.)
• Proficient in gathering and analysing Business Requirement, Technical & Functional Specification Design documentation, test case design.
• Knowledge of all phases of IT system development and implementation life cycle
• Strong and patient analytical and problem solving skills
• Good inter-personnel and communication skills across a wide range of people
• Self-motivated and possess drive, and ability to work independently and a good team player
• Experienced in working with different teams on medium to complex regional channel systems will be an advantage.

Job Scope

• Supports team task to enable adequate resources to support laboratory infrastructure (eg, equipment, method, system) needs

• Supports and ensure timely escalation/handling of lab events or related quality actions (eg, NCR, Lab Investigation, CAPA)
• Acts as QC SME/Supports preparation and participate in internal/external audit, audit responses, to enable a successful audit outcome
• Participate in EHS, Business Compliance, cGMP and all other compliance-related matters, where applicable
• Lead supports CI initiatives to enable laboratory performance metrics
• Carry out any other task as assigned by Supervisor'

• Responsible for Home’s programs and activities / events
• In-charge of planning, coordinating and implementing of the Home’s in-house programmes
• To serve as the first point of contact for the Home with regards to all programmes
• Identify and secure programme expertise and resources, facilities and equipment and financial resources

1. Job Description

• Uphold the vision and mission of PERTAPIS.
• Oversee and manage all housekeeping aspects of the Home and ensure the Home is well-kept at all times.
• Overseeing the procurement of household goods, meals, sundries, resident’s essentials and office items.
• To report any facility defects, furnishings and equipment needs of the Home to the facilities staffs.
• Maintaining physical checklist required by relevant agencies.
• Manage and maintain inventory of donation-in-kind, housekeeping items and residents’ essentials in the Home.
• Ensure all records, documentation and correspondence related to the Home are properly maintained and kept up to date.
• Coordinate and liaise with Nursing Aides and Housekeeping staff to meet the residents needs.
• Coordinate transport arrangements for residents and staff as and when required.
• Submission of meal indent on a periodical basis.
• Gathering feedback from the residents on the meals provided in the Home.
• Provide feedback on the quality of the Home’s meal as and when needed to relevant parties.
• Manage and maintain the conference and meeting room necessities periodically.
• Manage and maintain the orders of stationary supplies and inventories.
