Responsibilities:

1. Programme administration including project applications, claim submissions/reimbursements and reporting.
2. Support the development and communication of publicity materials and maintenance of its publicity portals.
3. Maintenance of Student Community Engagement databases and the preparation of management and other reporting requirements.
4. Support other administrative requirements as assigned e.g., meeting arrangements

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Highly organised and meticulous.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills across the organisational hierarchy.

• Cross-selling beauty therapies and products.
• Making appointments and documenting treatments.
• Keeping your workstation and tools clean and sterile.
• Taking stock and ensuring there are adequate supplies.

Requirements:

• A certification in cosmetology, aesthetic, or related field.
