Job Requirements

• Good track record in providing Customer Service/ Telemarketer.
• Proven experience as Recruitment Consultant, HR Consultant or similar position will be an added advantage
• Min. 2 years of Customer Service/ Telemarketer/ Cold-calling in a Call Centre environment experience.
• Experience working as a Telemarketer in a Bank or Contact Centre environment is highly desirable.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
• Confident and pleasant personality
• Enjoy talking to people over the phone.
• Willing to learn the traits of recruitment.
• Able to work independently and as a team

**Incumbent must be CEI Certified or willing to go for the CEI course is required.

Candidate must be willing to take on a Commission base role.

System Engineer(FAT/OAT)

Our client is looking for a system engineer with expereinced in conducting Factory Acceptance(FAT) and On-site Acceptance tests(OAT).

Responsibilities

· Participate in System Engineering Design, Test Plan & Procedures

· Planning and Setting up Test Lab, conducting Factory Acceptance Test(FAT)

· Lead Installation, Checkout, Integration and Testing (ICIT) at customer’s sites

· Perform Troubleshooting and Resolving System Faults during On-Site Acceptance Test(OAT)

· Lead project activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders which includes suppliers, customers and other teams of staff for the project implementation

· Sourcing and Procurement of System Hardware

Requirements

· Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent

· Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in industry

· Knowledge in MS office, Visio, Infocomm Technology, RedHat Linux, Virtual Environment, Network Security is an added advantage

· Excellent Time management, Oral and Written Communication Skills

· Working location is in Jurong East
