Responsibilities:

Staffing

• Work with the hiring managers on manpower requests and ensure timely filing of vacancies.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the recipe on a consistent basis to keep the food quality and food cost constant.
• To be able to handle and process meat protein in large quantity, slice and portion prior to any margination and pre-packing.
• To undertake responsibility to monitor the dry age condition of beef protein with our dry ager chiller.
• To assist Sous Chef in all other preparation work in the kitchen, such as stew, sauce, meat margination & carbohydrate processing.
• Ensure that produced pastry are plated according to specification standards by our pastry chef.
• To assist Executive Chef in inventory procurement, place order direct with our vendors.

• Oversee FP&A team to ensure timely and accurate data is updated and maintained
