The Job

You will join the Manufacturing Section equipped with latest manufacturing technology and advanced engineering control, and assist the Production Supervisor in accomplishing manufacturing targets and workplace safety, health & environmental standards.

The Daily

• Provide support in plant commissioning, start-up, shut down and production activities to facilitate safe and smooth manufacturing operations.
• Undertake production operations, quality checks and minor plant maintenance operations to meet production schedule, product quality and cost objectives.
• Perform field inspection/patrol, sample collection, data recoding to support plant reliability, quality product and production efficiency.
• Participate in Emergency Response Team with involvement in emergency training and execution of emergency countermeasures.
• Comply with Health, Safety & Environment policy and procedure and take part in Health, Safety & Environment activities to strengthen workplace safety & health and environmental protection.

The Essentials

• Possess a GCE ‘O’ level with credits in Science/Technical subjects or NITEC (NTC 2) in Chemical Process, Mechanical Fitting, Electrical Fitting & Installation or Electronics.
• Willing to perform rotating shift work.
• You need to be a team player with initiative, drive & commitment, able to take pressure and able to communicate well with others.

• Social Media Management:
  Oversee and grow our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XHS. Manage a content calendar for consistent posting of daily content, including posts, stories, and videos, to boost engagement, brand awareness, and community interaction.
• Content Creation & Strategy:
  Create compelling, on-brand content (posts, stories, videos) tailored to the interests of pet owners and pet industry enthusiasts. Stay updated on social media trends to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
• Video Production:
  Utilize AI tools and other creative software (e.g., CapCut, Jianying, Adobe Premiere, Canva) to produce high-quality video content for various social media platforms and campaigns which aligns with the brand’s visual and messaging guidelines.
• Influencer Collaboration:
  Identify and engage with pet industry influencers to co-create engaging and trendy content that aligns with the company’s marketing goals.
• Community Engagement:
  Monitor and actively engage with online communities, respond to customer queries, comments, and DM in a timely and personable manner so as to strengthen brand loyalty and satisfaction.

Job Requirement:

• Proven experience in digital content creation and managing social media platforms.
• Proficiency in video production and editing tools such as Capcut, Jianying, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
• Knowledge of AI tools is a plus

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

• Min. 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms. Experience with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, or NoSQL, and familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes is highly desirable.

• Proven track record in managing BI projects, working cross-functionally, and leading teams to successful project delivery.

• Good knowledge of statistics models and methodologies
