Teacher Aide (2)

• 40.50 hours per week based on a 5-days work week
• Mondays to Thursdays : from 7:30am to 4:30pm
• Fridays: 7:30am to 2:30pm
• The above work schedule is inclusive of a 45-minute break, and is also applicable to school holidays.

The service required are set out as follows :

Teacher Aides (1) to (2)

Recess Duty

• Daily supervision duty at Canteen during recess time (6 recesses a day) and lunch time (up to 2 lunches 3 times a week)

Teacher Relief Support

• Relief duty in looking after pupils in classes/CCAs that have no teachers in attendance during/after school as assigned by Year Heads.

After-School Dismissal Duty

• Daily supervision duty at the main gate during dismissal time.

Exam Matters and Teaching Materials

• Prepare teaching resources for teachers and department heads.
• Scan Optical Answer Sheets for P3 to P6 exams.
• Check, count and sort report books according to class register numbers after exams.

Other Duties

• Updates P1 to P6 class allocation at the end of the year.
• Print and check mass class allocation input.
• Assist in pre-event duties for Prelims and PSLE duties such as putting up labels and seating plans in all classrooms.
• Support in Prelims and PSLE duties as liaison officers on all days of examinations (Oral, Listening, Written)
• Assist in pre-event administrative duties for P1 Orientation.
• Collate and place food orders for all exam standardisation exercises during school examination periods (WA1, WA2, Prelims, SA2).
• Assist in packing goodies bags for events like National Day, Teachers’ Day, Children Day events and counting of pamphlets.
• Collate pupils’ and parents’ feedback from pupils’/parents’ surveys.
• Taking down and typing out minutes of Contact Time meetings.
• Data entry duties as assigned by Principal, Vice Principals, Head of Department and Year Heads.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Principal, Vice Principals, Head of Department and Year Heads.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent.
• Proficient in English Language and Chinese Language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Preferably with similar experiences working with children aged 7-12.
• Must be a team player.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Medically fit.

Main Objective:

The main objective of this role is to execute Arthrex’s commercial strategy to achieve the annual sales target across Arthrex’s product portfolio and provide technical and clinical support to surgeons in using Arthrex solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Aligning, executing and delivering against the SG commercial strategy and associated tactical plans on a territory level
• Achieving agreed annual sales targets by managing/developing existing customers and converting prospective ones
• Creating territory sales plan to achieve target and tracking/monitoring sales performance against target on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

Education and Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy, Nursing, Business or related field
• Orthopaedic implant sales experience will be a plus
• Professional experience in Sports Medicine or Orthopaedics is an added advantage

• Perform Assessment and remediation of vulnerabilities related to Windows and Linux OS, Hypervisors, Web Servers and OpenSSL.
