• Negotiate contracts/agreements with distributors.
• Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends.
• Prepare/deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations.
• Attend industry events/trade shows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field.
• Proven channel sales experience (chemical/related industry preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of distribution model and distributor relationship management.
• Strong understanding of Southeast Asia market/regional business practices.
• Excellent communication/negotiation/relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Southeast Asia distributors.
• Familiarity with chemical products/applications.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales targets through channel partners.
• Experience training/supporting distributors.
