• Determines improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services. Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements. Develops customer’s staff by providing technical information and training.
• Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation and anticipating future legislation. Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
• Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills, Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree in Electronics/Photonics Engineering or related field
• 2 years’ experience of sales industry sales experience
• Strong language & communication skills
• Hands-on proficiency in technical management and understanding
• Problem solving, Product knowledge, Selling to customer needs,
• New customer development, Readily to make cold calls, Presentation & Communication skills, Technical understanding,
• Requirements analysis, Innovation & Familiarity with Microsoft Office software

Condition of Employment:

• Date of Commencement: ASAP or 1 month notice

• Transport Allowance: SGD$80 per month

• Variable Bonus: Yes (Twice a year, May & Dec)
