THE ROLE:

We are in search of an experienced program manager with strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills. THE PERSON:

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering, preferably with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience or equivalent OR
• Experience and effective in Project Management and Program Management

• Effective management of revision control and change processes
• Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling program

2) Responsibilities

As an Assistant HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR Manager and the team to manage and enhance HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Employee Benefits & Compliance: Administer employee benefits programs and assist in the implementation of HR policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, track, and analyze HR-related metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, recruitment success, employee engagement, and performance. Generate regular reports to provide valuable insights to management.

3) Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an HR support role, with a focus on data analysis or reporting.
• Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and statistics.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and HR software.
  Solid understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when managing data.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
