Responsbilities

• Plan and design mechanical engineering works for building services, with a focus on ACMV systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 year of relevant experience in mechanical engineering design. More than 10 year experience will consider for Principal Engineer role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering design systems and software.
• ACMV expertise is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in handling government projects will have a strong advantage.

The Executive (Operations Excellence) plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our FS processes and operations. This individual will have relevant experience in the F&B industry, be responsible for coordinating and conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement recommendations. The Executive (Operations Excellence) will also contribute to the development and documentation of processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Audit Coordination and Execution:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute operational audits in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of audits.
• Identify areas of weakness, improvement opportunities, and associated risks.
• Develop and propose recommendations to address identified issues.

• Assist in handling and maintaining proper records of feedback or complaints received from the residents.
• Assist the Condominium Manager in petty cash management and collection of payment by residents on daily basis, including daily account closing.
• Update the PMP system of all transactions for the contributions, facilities’ charges and deposits for receipts issuance to residents.
