Job Title: Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies for both our fashion and lifestyle brand (including its cafe) and our wellness body care brand. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Marketing Collaterals:

• Develop and Design: Create engaging marketing materials for both online and offline platforms, including posters, social media graphics, and website content using tools like Canva.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing collaterals align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual and messaging style.

• Menu Design: Design and update menus for the in-house cafe, ensuring they are visually appealing and reflective of the brand’s aesthetic.

2. Digital Marketing:

• Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Content Creation: Generate compelling and relevant content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.

• Online Store Marketing: Manage and optimize the online store's marketing activities, including product listings, promotions, and seasonal campaigns on our website and e-commerce platforms like Lazada.

3. Event Planning and Execution:

• Brand Events: Plan and execute events such as product launches, pop-up stores, and seasonal promotions for both brands.

• Influencer Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand visibility and engagement.

• Giveaways and Contests: Organize timely giveaways and contests to coincide with new product drops or special occasions to drive engagement and sales.

4. Campaign Management:

• Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to support brand objectives and drive sales.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

5. Customer Engagement:

• Community Building: Foster a vibrant and engaged community around both brands, responding to customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Customer Loyalty Programs: Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

6. Visual Content and Photoshoots:

• Photoshoots: Plan and coordinate photoshoots for the fashion brand, lifestyle products, and the cafe, ensuring high-quality visual content for marketing purposes.

• Creative Direction: Provide creative direction during photoshoots to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Internal Coordination: Work closely with the sales, design, and product development teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals.

• External Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including media, vendors, and event organizers.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the retail, fashion, or beauty industry.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software.

• Strong design skills with experience using graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers.

• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepares ingredients by following recipes;slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring,whipping, and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste; plating meals.

• Completes hot meal preparation by grilling,sautéing, roasting, frying, and broilingingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredients.

• Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures;maintains temperature and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) logs as required and maintains appropriate dating, labelling and rotation of all food items.

• Contributes to daily,holiday and theme menus in collaboration with supervisor.

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.

• Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules and dishwashing/pot washing.

• Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints.

• Implements suggestions within parameter of position and refers more complex concerns to supervisor.

• Participates in and/or contributes to programs,committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.

• Maintains clean work areas, utensils, and equipment.

• Develop new menu items while improvising the existing ones.

• Maintain and manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory and staffing within the budgetary limits.

• Able to cook north Indian food.

• Able to do shift work.

• Assisting with the preparation of food and the serving of all meals to customers.

• Supervising a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.

• Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed.
