In this exciting expansion phase, we are looking for an experienced Chef who can step up to the plate of being our Executive Chef to spearhead operations;

Roles & Responsibilities;

· Setting up new structure for day-to-day kitchen operation

· Design menus that enhance customers’ culinary experience, implement, and maintain menus. Your menus will set the tone for the restaurant.

· Ensures food meets quality and safety standards

· Identify and introduce new culinary techniques to the team

· Planning and directing culinary programs such as corporate meetings, conferences, banquets, receptions.

· Sourcing for suppliers and ensuring consistency in food quality and freshness in accordance with the restaurant’s standard operating procedures and food safety and hygiene standards.

· Providing expert advice for kitchen layout and maintenance schedule

· Maintain adequate pantry inventory and track expenses

· Recruit and manage kitchen staff

· Demonstrate exemplary customer service

· Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by the Management

Requirements

· At least 5 years of working experience in a leading Chef role

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any fields. Business Management or Culinary related Degree will be a plus

· Specialized cuisine certificates a plus

· Knowledge of MS office to generate inventory reports and propose culinary projects to stakeholders

· Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings, and other cooking techniques

· Obtained Food hygiene certificate

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent leadership skills

· Knowledge in menu planning and food costing

· Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment

· Willing to work on weekends and shift rotation

Location: Senja and Tampines Care Home

The Senior/ Occupational Therapist develops and provides the rehabitative care and services based on the care model, to residents of the Nursing Home(s). You will work with the residents of the nursing home to achieve optimal independence by improving and restoring their abilities in self-care, daily living, work and leisure. You will also provide functional, physical, cognitive and psychosocial assessments to understand their rehabilitation needs and set realistic goals with them. This may include training of daily activities, home assessment and modification, leisure exploration and work rehabilitation and working with the residents to help them reintegrated back to the community and return to their life roles. You will also educate and provide training for family members and caregivers on care-giving skills.

Clinical Care 

• Assess, evaluate and identify rehabilitation needs of residents; formulate/develop and implement appropriate individualised occupational therapy programmes to facilitate, restore, improve or maintain their abilities to perform self-care, work, leisure activities and meaningful life roles. 
• Evaluate, monitor and review treatment on a regular basis to document needs and progress of service users and ensure that treatment is appropriate and effective. 
• Evaluate and prescribe assistive devices to improve function in activities of daily living as required by residents. 
• Maintain good communication and liaise with various disciplines involved in the rehabilitation process and refer residents to respective professionals for consultation and appropriate intervention

Training & Development 

• Guide, supervise and train occupational therapy students, therapy assistants, junior staff, caregivers and volunteers on their performance of duties and implementation of programmes, to ensure safe and effective treatment of residents. 
• Provide training for caregivers in preparation for residents' discharge back into the home environment.

Administration 

• Maintain database/records of all residents to provide evidence-based treatment with accurate and appropriate documentation.
• Ensure that proper documentation is made for all treatment rendered to residents. 
• Any other duty as assigned by the Rehab Manager or Director of Nursing

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Occupational therapy recognised by the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience, with experience in rehab services, nursing homes or hospitals
• Fully Registered Therapist with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council preferred

• Lead the UI/UX design process for a high-profile government-to-public project, from user research and ideation to prototyping and usability testing.
• Conduct user research understand customer needs and behaviours of the target audience.
• Translate user research findings and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes that adhere to accessibility standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
• Confidently articulate and present design rationale to stakeholders, effectively persuading and advocating for user-centred design decisions.
• Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the UX team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior designers.

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.
• Experience designing for government or public service projects is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the Singaporean culture and lifestyle.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Ability to effectively articulate and defend design decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
