Position Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily site activities and progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the detailed work programs.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating the Building Information Models, providing necessary support and advisory to operations and tenders
• Handle Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) meetings, work collectively and in parallel to resolve identified design and construction issues instantly using BIM models, and mitigate the latency in decision making and responses
• Assist in E&M services coordination and MEP Modular design
• Create and maintain Model Families of Components and ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of BIM model
• Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on construction projects
