Responsibilities:
· Overseeing levels & distribution of stock
· Constantly source for new exciting brands/merchandise and negotiate for best margin/support/exclusivity.
· Working directly with sales teams & other merchandisers to plan product collections
· Plan/control buying budget by brands/suppliers to achieve great merchandising mix and optimal profitability.
· Source/develop products under house brands that are in line with store positioning.
· Provide product information and conduct product training to sales staff.
· Preparing stock promotions / price reductions as appropriate
· Process purchase order, new items creation & generate PO
· Generate sales reports
· Handling production / supply problems as they arise
Requirements:
· Liaise with principal brands, collate all orders from corporate sales teams, compile the amount for analysis, process the order and deal with principal brands (Merge role)
· Commercial awareness

· Administrative, IT & organizational skills
· Good Microsoft Excel skills
