The Role
The Senior Director’s role is to be a player/coach. This role will engage with prospective clients at a functional leader or C-suite level, identifying value to their businesses through our flexible workspace solutions and ensuring world class service.
What will you be doing?
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets to grow the client base within the territory.
- Master and communicate our value propositions effectively through presentations and proposals.
- Execute and adapt the strategic plan to meet sales goals and expand the customer base.
- Network within the territory to establish industry expertise in flexible space.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Stay informed on market and industry trends.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and collateral.
- Share customer feedback with product teams to enhance solution value.
- Ensure daily operational excellence, including forecasting and managing the sales pipeline.
- Implement best practices to improve pipeline creation, conversion, forecasting, and team collaboration.
- Lead and grow a team of business development professionals.
Who are we looking for?

- BA/BS degree in business, marketing, real estate or related field Proven sales leadership experience, meeting or exceeding targets to drive new business
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive sales processes from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
