Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:
β’ Manage daily operations of multiple Sichuan cuisine outlets, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
β’ Develop and enforce operational processes and standards to maintain excellence.
2. Team and Talent Management:
β’ Recruit, train, and supervise outlet managers and teams, promoting a culture of discipline and customer focus.
β’ Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and implement necessary improvement plans.
3. Quality Control:
β’ Ensure the authenticity and high standards of Sichuan cuisine across all outlets.
β’ Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality regulations.
4. Financial Management:
β’ Manage budgets, control operating costs, and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
β’ Analyze financial reports and implement operational changes to achieve profitability targets.
5. Customer Relations and Market Insights:
β’ Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
β’ Monitor market trends and competitors, particularly in the regional Sichuan cuisine industry.
6. Travel and Flexibility:
β’ Mandatory travel within and outside Singapore to oversee operations, attend client meetings, and explore growth opportunities.
β’ Work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours to support operational needs.
7. Crisis and Issue Management:
β’ Quickly address and resolve any operational, staff, or customer-related issues.
8. Expansion and Innovation:
β’ Contribute to the expansion of Sichuan cuisine outlets regionally.

Requirements:
β’ Experience: Minimum of 8 years in operations management in the F&B industry, with a strong focus on Sichuan or Chinese cuisine.
β’ Skills:
β’ In-depth knowledge of Sichuan cuisine and culinary operations.
β’ Strong leadership and organizational skills.
β’ Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and resolve conflicts effectively.
β’ Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is highly advantageous for liaising with suppliers and clients from China.
