Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferable in the F&B industry
• Well-versed with the local Employment Act and other related employment guidelines and regulations
• Leadership quality and ability to lead a team and supervise projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities

• Oversees daily Sales activities for physical retail channels, including mass merchandisers, independent dealers, and wholesalers.
• Leads the distribution team to achieve key performance indicators, such as dealer sell-out, market inventory control, channel profitability, stock aging, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Manages the distribution budget to ensure return on investment and achieve set goals.
• Works closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Implements changes and improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Conducts detailed analysis of business performance by channel and product to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory advisory on MAS’ requirements.
• Perform gap analysis on new/revised MAS’ requirements.
• Maintain and review policies/procedures managed by Compliance team.
• Review marketing materials, policies/procedures, design and perform compliance review.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports to Head Office.
