Job Responsibilities:

• Register patients, attend to phone calls, schedule appointments and follow ups.
• Prepare and dispense medications and consumables
• Payment collection
• Arranges logistics for prescribed tests
• Updating of medical billings/invoices into online healthcare portals
• Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
• Assist Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
• Providing high quality patient care service experience
• Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of the clinic
• Other ad hoc and administrative duties assigned by the clinic supervisor/manager

Requirements:

• Computer-literate. Able to operate MS Word, Excel.
