Job responsibilities:

• Create shipping documents like invoices and packing lists and coordinate with Export Sales and distributors in specified countries.
• Manage SAP stock checks upon receipt of orders, prepare shipping paperwork, and oversee timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders for booking shipments and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Facilitate stock release with the warehouse and maintain an organized documentation filing system.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions, handle bank document submissions, and perform additional delegated tasks.

Requirements:

• Possess basic knowledge of handling export shipments and familiarity with SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Induce and up keep positive vibe and environment, and inculcate positive gym culture

· Delivery of excellent member service and satisfaction

· Ensure brand standards and operating practices are being implemented consistently

· Manage the day to day operations of the club

· Utilize in-house tools to analyse sales trend, recommend and implement marketing strategy to boost sales performance

· Create and implement monthly social media and marketing content and strategies

· Work with management to step-up sale promotion and event organisation

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years experiences in customer service or sales and marketing is preferred

· Great communication skills with the desire to engage and connect with members or prospects

· Proficient to utilize various social media, to advertise and network effectively to bring forth positive sales effect

· Possess a "CAN Do" attitude and mindset, to Strive, Learn, Improve and Achieve sales results

· Proactive, self-directed and able to work independently to deliver with good quality output
