Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and facilitate open enrollment processes.

7. HR Metrics and Reporting:Compile and analyze HR data, including turnover rates, retention, and demographics, to inform strategic decision-making.
Generate regular reports for senior management on HR key performance indicators (KPIs).

8. Legal Compliance and Risk Management:Stay current with labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.
Mitigate legal risks by implementing effective HR policies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 2 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:· Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operation of projects· Analyzing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining the electrical requirements of a given project.· Reviewing all engineering design plans to ensure compliance with project goals.· Attend meetings with owner/client/contractors/subcontractors on project related matters.· Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards· Check and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies between drawings as well as those arisen during project execution.· Ensuring health and safety codes are obeyed at all times.· Ensuring all deadlines and budgetary requirements are met.Job Requirement:· Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a similar field.· Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field within the built environment· Proficiency with CAD software and MS Office.· Excellent time management and diagnostic skills.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Scope

• Performing reception and front desk duties.
• Portering and Triaging duties such as transfer of patients from one location to another.
• Attending to all enquires of patients and visitors including phone enquiries.
• Perform any duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N Levels/O levels/A Levels/Diploma in any discipline
• No working experience required as on-the-job training is provided

Working Hours: AM Shift 730am - 330pm / PM Shift 12pm-9pm/ MN Shift 9pm - 9am (5 days per week)
