Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced artistic swimming coach to join our team and lead our development and competitive squads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sport, excellent coaching skills, and a dedication to athlete development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for development and competitive squads.
• Provide technical instruction, choreography, and conditioning guidance to athletes.
• Prepare athletes for local and international competitions, including routine design, practice planning, and event management.
• Create a positive and supportive training environment that fosters athlete growth and development.
• Collaborate with club staff to ensure the overall success of the program.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an artistic swimming coach at the club level in a country where Artistic Swimming is an established competitive sport.
• Strong technical knowledge of artistic swimming techniques and rules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with athletes of various ages and skill levels.
• Passion for the sport of artistic swimming and a commitment to athlete development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• National or international coaching certifications, preferably issued by a National Federation.
• Experience coaching competitive athletes at a high level in Singapore.
• A strong understanding of athlete psychology and motivation.

Job Scope:

• Define principles and implement logic for computation of variable cost components at geographical, trade level, in order to derive a standard cost box rate by equipment size type for every port-pair combination
• Continual enhancement of costings logics in order to adapt to the changing market landscape and to drive optimal pricing and cargo selection decisions
• Perform regular analysis to identify and report any variances between the calculated costs and actual shipping operations costs
• Perform periodic assessment and analysis of equipment situation at each location to determine the equipment balance assumption and repositioning costs applied in system.
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholders from regional offices, local agents, procurement, finance, trades, etc to provide accurate cost information in system
• Provide business requirements to Information System Department for any analysis of backend data and development of system enhancement to improve costing accuracy

Job Requirements

• Min. Degree in Maritime studies or any relevant field

• Min. 1 year of experience in data analytics preferred

• Possess excellent data management, spreadsheet, and presentation skills.

• Knowledge in Tableau, Power BI is an added advantage
