Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Director / Manager in charge of the WTW system.
• Project Support: Provide technical expertise to oversee the design, development and construction of the WTW system.
• Interface with WTW system designer, vendors, fabricators including drawings reviews, sourcing equipment, cost control and monitoring, schedule monitoring and update.
• Project Execution: Oversee project implementation according to the requirements and objectives. • Develop operating, maintenance and safety procedures for the WTW system.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Mechatronic or equivalent
• Min 5 years working experience in Marine Industry or shipyard environment.
• Good understanding of deck machinery such as winch, crane, lifting and handling equipment and the related IACS (particular ABS, DNV, BV) rules and regulations.
• Added advantage with specific experience in WTW system (Offshore Passenger Transfer System).
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles, hydraulic and electrical system and P&ID with ability to perform trouble shooting.

About KidSTART Department:

KidSTART provides upstream support to children from low-income families in the areas of early childhood development, health, and social support. As a KidSTART Practitioner, you will actively engage families and work closely with social / community partners and government agencies. Through home visits, you will support parents through delivery of a range of child development strategies, assess, and monitor their children’s health and development.

Responsibilities:

As a KidSTART Practitioner, you will be expected to:

• Provide support, guidance, knowledge, and skills to enhance parents’ capacity in nurturing child development through regular and consistent home visits.
• Possess sound assessment skills on the needs and risks of children / parents / caregivers to ascertain the intensity and customisation of intervention.
• Engage and cultivate a positive relationship with parents / caregivers to ensure that child development knowledge and skills are imparted effectively.
• Create and facilitate learning opportunities for parents in the areas of parent-child interaction, development-centred parenting, and family well-being.
• Motivate, assess, and enhance the parents’ ability to conduct, practice and incorporate the knowledge and skills in child development.
• Conduct screening and ongoing assessment of child development, maternal and family wellbeing.
• Collaborate and partner community and social service agencies (eg. FSCs, SSOs) to provide the necessary support for the families and their children, which includes regular case conferences and discussions.
• Commit to and participate in the evaluation and fidelity monitoring of service delivery through consistency in administrative work, provision of data and information on cases in a timely manner

Requirements:

• MUST possess minimum Degree in Early Childhood or Psychology
• At least 1 year experience in social service, working with families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised and adaptable to changes.

This role focuses on overseeing and managing the cybersecurity framework across the APAC region, including China. The individual will address cyber threats, design and implement tailored security solutions, and ensure compliance with information security standards and policies. Key Objectives:

1. Respond to and manage cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities effectively.
2. Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and solutions specific to regional requirements.

• Ensure the security of IT systems and digital platforms by establishing robust security protocols and technologies.
