Job Description

• Working Location: Benoi
• Working Hours: 6 days (Mon-Fri 9 am-6 pm, Sat 9 am-5 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary $2,800+ AWS + PB

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily operations, assigning jobs to technicians and drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor equipment in the workshop and organize repairs and parts sourcing efficiently.
• Provide administrative support, including managing records, scheduling tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the workshop.
• Respond to job inquiries and maintain communication with customers.
• Report to the Workshop Supervisor/Manager to discuss priorities and seek guidance when needed.

• Technical experience with trailers/trucks is an advantage.
• A team player who can collaborate, delegate, and lead technicians to meet daily work goals.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in using MS Word/Excel and cloud-based CRM systems.

Duties of Human Resource Manager:

• Plan and manage manpower requirements across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
