Ensuring the quality of our systems

As a Test Manager, you will be involved from the beginning of our projects. You will be an active member of the project management team of the project that you are working for, and from the very beginning of the project your focus will be on quality, validation of requirements, and commissioning strategy. Furthermore, you will be involved in decisions on how and when mechanical, electrical and software components will be tested. We will train you in our products and processes as well as in our test and commissioning strategies.

Job Scope:

· Create an overall Integrated Test Plan (ITP) for the project.

· Decide on a decommissioning and commissioning strategy.

· Work together with the Project Manager and the Technical Project Manager on risk management, to ensure that the right balance is found with regard to what to test.

· Contribute to the schedule, budget, resource plan and site management plan.

· Review test cases from all internal stakeholders as well as from suppliers.

· Organise Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), both on emulators and on physical test loops.

· Lead the test and validation process on sites where we commission our systems.

· Communicate with our clients regarding the progress of testing.

· Perform acceptance testing together with the people from the airport.

· Lead the process of requirement management.

· Work in our head office but also on site at the place of installation, for a longer period.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or Business Administration

- 3-5 years of project experience, with a proven track record of hands-on experience as a Test Manager.

- Project Management experience and proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Projects or Primavera, PowerPoint) will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, conflict management, negotiation skills, and teamwork.

- Organized, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership skills.

- Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all activities comply with established operational standards and procedures.
• Manage costs to achieve business goals and profitability targets
• Ensure that customer needs and expectations are met by providing operational leadership that supports organization's service culture and maximizes customer satisfaction.
• Train new and existing employees on proper customer service practices, teamwork, and other relevant operational procedures.
• Assume responsibility for all restaurant administrative duties, including but not limited to scheduling, inventory management and reporting.

Requirements:

• Must have experiences in managing F&B operations in a restaurant setting, ideally within the hospitality industry.
• Customer-oriented with a high desire for service quality.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a keen eye for details.

• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
