• Promotes and sells the company’s products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including but not limited to clinics, dental professionals, hospitals, and retail outlets.
• Contribute positively to the sales and marketing team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the product portfolio, including technical specifications and clinical benefits.
• Educate healthcare professionals and retail staff on product features, applications, and benefits through workshops, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Manage sales process with pipeline management and perform pipeline analysis with follow-up action plans.
• Stay current and maintain a good knowledge of products, market needs, and competitors’ products.
• Ensure timely report submission
• Represent the company professionally at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
• Take care of payment collections.
• Results-oriented, operative with excellent analytical skills, strong ethical standards, values, and good judgment.
• Adapt time-to-time tasks requested by the company

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and grow
• Strong knowledge of oral care products or at least 3 years (s) of sales working experience in B2B professional (dental/medical) and B2C retail market selling environment is a plus
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Scope of Works, Roles & Responsibilities

● This is not an office type of job : All workers are required to perform hands-on operations duties.

● Works could be exhausting physically. Works are usually done outdoors (non-aircon environment)

● Packing and Crating of bulky/heavy items

● Perform manual packing & crating related duties, eg : wrapping, labeling, sealing, carting... etc

● Other general works & housekeeping duties

● Assist the Operation Superintendent/Operation Head in co-ordinating & executing field operations, procurements, follow-up & reporting...etc

● Hands-on operation capabilities, trouble-shooting & problems solving skills

● Attentive to Details, and able to work independently

● Works hand-in-hand with vendors to complete work tasks. Able to work well with all walks, especially senior citizens.

● Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

● Adhere to Works Safety SOP

Requirements:

● Teamwork is essential.

● This is not an office type of job : All staff are required to perform hands-on operations (hands-on are utmost importance)

● Physically fit to carry/lift heavy items

● Workplace is at the client’s location within Singapore (mostly at Changi North Industrial area currently whilst also at other locations)

● Work is usually done outdoors (non-aircon environment), we are not office-bound or desk-bound.

● Candidates without experience are welcome to apply; Training and guidance will be provided.

● Candidate with hands-on operation capabilities, problem-solving skills, proactive & good performance will be placed on Career Progression Plan with the company

● Candidates with Forklift Operator Licence, Work-At-Height related, Class3 License, are highly preferred but not a prerequisite ; Company would require candidates to attend/obtain relevant skills upgrades.

Remuneration/Working hours:

● Monthly Salary range - $2600 to $2800 (adjustable after satisfactory performance probation period )

● Due to our work nature, work Hours/Schedule could be odd, but usually are : Monday to Saturday : 9am to 5pm+/- (estimated only) - work end-time could be flexible.

● Although not frequent, Extended work-hours may be required if workloads are heavy on certain day(s). Time-off will be arranged for extended work-hours done.

Performance Probation/Observation period :

- Candidate will be required to undergo probation period between 3months to 6months. The actual probation period will highly depend on candidate's performance & commitment.
