• Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including dealer/distributor agreements, procurement contracts, and service agreements.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate law, compliance regulations, intellectual property rights, and dispute management.
• Proven experience in managing litigation and working with external legal counsel.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements such as data protection, anti-money laundering, and business ethics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative mindset to work across departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing service of the assigned unit in accordance with established nursing policies and procedure and standard operating procedures of nursing care and practices.
• Provide a high standard of care to patients
• Provide care management, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patients, treatments and conditions
• Assist in supervision of junior nurses and ancillary staff
• Perform nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Candidates with Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent will be advantageous
• Prior related experience in the specialisation will be advantageous
• Able to commit to shift work
